All UK and overseas orders are sent with tracked services: Royal Mail or DHL. Once they have been dispatched we have no additional information other than what is provided on the tracking link. Standard UK delivery is free for orders over £150. For orders under £150 delivery is £4.95 (Standard delivery) and £12.50 for Express delivery.

We offer delivery to the USA with either a postal service (approx 10 days) or a faster courier service with DHL (approx 5 days). Delivery to the USA is FREE for orders over $250.
Deliveries to the US and EU are shipped duties and taxes included and there will be no additional charges incurred by the customer upon import or delivery (please note this excludes Switzerland)
All overseas orders outside the UK, US and EU are shipped duties unpaid, and may be subject to VAT, customs taxes and duties. This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of goods.
