Refund Policy
We really hope you love your Smock London order as much as we do.
Of course we understand that sometimes you may change your mind and you can return your order within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
As we are paperless we have not included a returns form with your order – please clearly note your order number and name within the package or on the outer carton, without an order number your refund may be subject to delay.

Goods are returned at your own cost and the delivery charge for the original order is non-refundable.
We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service when you return items. Smock London cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items.
You will receive an email to confirm when your return or exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 5 days after receipt of the return.
Customs Charges and International Returns
If you are returning goods from outside of the UK, you MUST clearly mark the package as "Returned British Goods" in order to avoid customs charges and VAT when goods are returned. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs charges or import VAT incurred when returning items which will be deducted from any refunds payable . If goods are held by UK customs due to shipment errors it will not be possible for us to process a refund.
Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full including the original postage charge. Please email hello@smocklondon.com within 7 days of receiving your order for instructions.
