Refund Policy

We really hope you love your Smock London goodies as much as we do.

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind and you can return your order within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Please return the product(s) to us in perfect condition and include a note with your name and order number inside the parcel. Please send returns to:

Goods are returned at your own cost and the delivery charge for the original order is non-refundable.

Note: if you're returning goods from outside of the UK, you MUST obtain a customs declaration and mark the package as "Returned goods" with ZERO commercial value. Failure to do so, or to declare any value on the shipment may result in import duty and/or taxes being applied to the returned goods which will be deducted from any refunds payable or recharged to your payment method.

If you receive damaged or faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full including the original postage charge. Please email hello@smocklondon.com within 7 days of receiving your order for instructions.

We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when you return items. Smock London cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

We will write to confirm when your return or exchange has been processed.
