A clean straight bodice is perfectly balanced by the blouson sleeves and richly smocked cuffs, hand stitched in Periwinkle blue threads. The literary look is finished with a soft frill collar framing the face and deep frill cuffs edged with hand-worked cross-stitching. Designed for those who love smocking but prefer a streamlined fit through the body, this is a blouse that will knock 'em dead this season!
