The Lizzie Dress is features an elongated V-neck silhouette with an indulgent, hand smocked, frill collar featuring tiny hand smocked roses on a lattice base,  front button placket, split, frill hemline, dainty side tie and puff sleeves with hand smocked frilled cuffs.
